The client is a globally recognized manufacturer of window coverings and architectural fixtures. They have made a name for themselves by manufacturing groundbreaking, high-quality, proprietary products popular in homes and commercial buildings across the world.
THE PROBLEM
The company wanted to widen the scope of its online tools, especially the mobile app, to foray into new geographies, strengthen its presence in existing locations, and hold its ground in an intensely competitive market. But there were several hurdles in the way that needed to be addressed quickly:
