The client is a multinational entertainment and media conglomerate that runs several business segments including theme parks, experiences and products, media and entertainment distribution
THE PROBLEM
The theme parks run by the client are a major and busy attraction destination. They needed an innovative solution to train their in-house trainers about the theme parks, however, without adversely affecting the visitor experience. The challenges ranged among the following:
• An astonishing amount of footfalls at the theme parks meant that the client had to operate them on a round-the-clock basis
• The client felt an urgent need to train new recruits in a bid to enhance the experiential quotient for the customers
